Hello!

I am an educator, author, and aspiring therapist. After earning my doctorate in Educational Leadership, I spent years as a professor and administrator in teacher preparation programs. During that time, I discovered that my greatest fulfillment came from supporting others in their personal growth. That insight led me to pursue a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Palo Alto University.

Through my blog, I document my journey toward becoming a licensed therapist in California. Thank you for joining me on this path of learning and service.
